Joy Kohegyi is a licensed real estate agent with Real Brokerage LLC, serving buyers and sellers in the greater Northwoods of Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site or contacting us, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Our Services
We provide real estate buyer and seller representation, property showings, market consultations, home valuations, and related advisory services throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin region. Use of our Site or submission of an inquiry form does not create a binding agency agreement. A formal representation agreement must be executed separately before an agency relationship is established.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in through a form on our Site or otherwise, Joy Kohegyi may send you text messages related to the categories you consented to - for example, appointment reminders, showing confirmations, and property updates, and/or marketing messages such as new listing alerts and open house announcements.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, opt in again as you did originally.

- Carriers, including major mobile carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing, selling, or receiving any real estate services.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
